Parade
of Sail - July 3, 2008 10 a.m.
Sponsored by Comcast and Evergreen Line The Tall
Ships® Tacoma Festival kicks off with the magnificent
Parade of Sail. All of the participating ships will
begin their final voyage to Tacoma at 10 a.m. from
Quartermaster Harbor on Vashon Island. They will then
follow the fire boat across the bay and turn east toward
Tacoma. Unfurling their sails, they will parade parallel
to Ruston Way and enter the Foss
Waterway. >>
